Merkez Donerhaus in Frankfurt

Ask before admission. Eat something quick and get out of here - behavior. This is Merkez (the center point) of the arrogant, weird looking serving staff. Didn't they see the world ?!

Ate very good Turkish pizza. Freshly made, delicious meat and interestingly seasoned. Price is relatively high, but the pizza was also well filled.

The best place for a grill plate! Fresh food ! And the Ayran is really great, delicious !!!!

Server not at all professional (maybe with tourists only). Plate offered on the menu with two lamb skewers but once served I do not see the two skewers at all! or maybe two micro skewers ....

Extremely overpriced and not good quality! Unfortunately very unfriendly staff! The best thing to do is to avoid it .... They used to be OK, and when they made a name for themselves and got rich, everything went down the drain. Always more and more expensive and at the same time always worse quality !!!!

Actually, even one star is too much for cheeky treatment. You reject customers who come "only for dessert" and think that this is your policy ... that is absurd!

Rude service. Ask what will be eaten before admission. No table is offered for dessert. Be the order from the boss. Can be avoided, there are definitely better places in the area.

Super bad food and rude staff. Pin is only possible from 20 euros, and according to the very rude attendant, this had to do with pin costs that they do not want to pay. very unsanitary and dripping with scam scam. So I say don't.

We especially liked the Pitas of this Turkish Restaurant located on a very central street of Frankfurt. Grilled varieties are also nice, but the meat could be a little softer. A place worth trying.

After we "enjoyed" the not particularly good kebab there, collective nausea spread and we had to throw up. Never again!

The doner kebab doesn't taste good at all. We weren't asked what we were eating. The sauce doesn't taste good at all. The bread wasn't good either auch

Food is good but the service is really bad . They don’t even greet when you enter and shows attitude like they are so busy . When we asked for the Manager and complaint about the waiter’s attitude manager was giving excuses instead of feeling sorry . Also when we order some extra breads they didn’t delivered it and when asked second time they served cold breads and again with an attitude. Hate this place because of the service and the behaviour

The kebab with chicken is complete disaster, there is no taste for the meat and meat taste not fresh at all, probably start to decompose. If you care about the food you eat, don’t come here

Delicious doner

We had tea, coffee, and some baklava. One coffee came with a glass of water but when we asked for tap water for the other person who also ordered coffee, they refused to give us any and tried to force us to buy bottled water. The service was friendly on the surface but seemed lacking in any genuine desire to be helpful. We were already spending over ten euros - surely a glass of tap water is not too much to ask.

Good and fresh food. Terrible service. Had to ask constantly for him to take order. Bill came to 17.40. The guy says min is 20 for credit card. So he assumed that I should give him tip of 2.60, which I did for being almost ignored the entire time.

I came here to pick up a doner kebab to go. It was made fresh, but it wasn't very hot. I got lamb, but there was way too much meat and not a good balance with vegetables. I felt like I was just eating meat, so I didn't enjoy it too much. At €5.30, it was a lot of food but quality-wise, it could be better.
